The USER will be liable for any damages that EAM or any third parties may suffer, directly or indirectly as a result of the failure of afore-mentioned obligations.
PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with Law for the Protection of Personal Data 15/1999 of December 13th you are hereby informed that the personal data provided through the website will be incorporated into an automated file of which EAM is responsible. The purpose of said file is for managing the relationship with the USER and for sending commercial information from EAM or third parties that is deemed of interest.
Also, discussions with the customer through the web page’s Support Center will be stored and processed in order to offer an appropriate technical and commercial support.

In order for EAM to accept and manage the relationship with the USER, it is required that the USER provides the information for data fields in the registration forms that are marked with an asterisk. The lack of such data will imply the non-acceptance and management of the relationship with the USER.
The USER will guarantee the veracity of the information provided. EAM reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any USER who provided false information, without prejudice to any other legal actions.
EAM assumes no liability in connection with the data of minors that is disclosed without consent of parents or legal representatives.
USERS may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, by letter sent to EAM, Calle Padre Llanos, n º 33, Valladolid (ZIP 47014).
EAM has implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure data security, in accordance with current regulations.
The website does not use cookies or other means of capturing personal data from the USERS without consent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Access and / or use of the website by the USER will be held at the USER’s own risk.
EAM is not liable for damages caused to the USER’S equipment or USER’S computer system due to viruses or other items unrelated to EAM.
EAM does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability and validity of the contents of the website, either EAM’s or others’, or linked to other websites, being completely exonerated from any liability arising from access and / or use.
EAM shall at all times respect the existing legal order and may discontinue, or remove the contents, or exclude the USER from the website in the event of any crimes or offenses punishable under our criminal code, or in any case in which a behavior is observed which, according to EAM, is contrary to law, morals, public order or EAM’S internal regulations, or may disrupt the operation, image, reputation or credibility of EAM.
EAM is not liable in the event of service interruptions, delays, errors, poor operation and, in general, other problems that have their origin in causes beyond the control of EAM, and / or due to fraudulent or negligent action by the USER, and / or acts of God.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
This document is governed by Spanish law.
In any litigation or action regarding the Website, or the service provided by EAM, the parties expressly waive access to their jurisdiction, voluntarily submit to Spanish law, being competent for the resolution of all disputes related the Courts of Valladolid (Spain), and where appropriate, arbitration tribunals to which EAM is attached to at the time of the dispute. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties agree to attempt to amicably settle any doubt or dispute that may arise between them in the interpretation or execution of this Agreement, prior to the initiation of court proceedings, so that in any case the attempt to resolve the dispute may be recorded reliably. |
