• Power will be delivered by two separate 16 Amp circuits; this will ensure a redundant power supply.
• Housing in rack is also included.
• Firewall service, and its initial setup, to limit access to the server to those ports requested by the client is also included.
• Static IP address is included.
• Unlimited remote hands monthly interventions are included.
• Billing for this service will begin when the server and all the services associated with it are made available to the Client. This date will be considered the starting date of the contract.

• The Internet connection for this service is provided by a number of different network operators. This guarantees the Internet up-link through any of them (if one of them fails traffic is automatically re-routed through the remaining operators).
• The traffic consumed will be calculated based on a 95th percentile.
• 100 Mbps peaks are allowed as long as they do not exceed 5% of the time.
• Contracted Mbps are for both upstream and downstream (symmetrical).
